How often will I meet with my mentor?
Professional sessions are typically scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on your program tier. However, you maintain access to dedicated chat channels for quick queries and learning hurdles throughout the program.
Are the mentors actual industry professionals?
Yes. Every mentor in the ChipXpert network is a working professional with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Tier-1 semiconductor companies. We ensure they are currently active in the domain they are teaching.
Can I choose my mentor based on a specific company?
While we cannot always guarantee a specific company, we do match you based on the *role* and *technology stack* (e.g., 5nm Physical Design or UVM Verification) that aligns with your dream career destination.
